Quick Photo List

A faster way to add many products at once — photograph your items first and fill in the details later.

  1. 1

    When to use this feature

Quick Photo List is for when you have a lot of new products to add and don't want to fill in all the details one by one. Instead, you photograph all your items first — like going through your inventory with a camera — and then go back and add names, prices, and descriptions at your own pace. It's especially useful after you get new stock in, or before a market or sale.

  2. 2

    How to find it

Go to My Stuff at the bottom of the screen, tap your store, then tap 'Manage Store.' Near the top of that screen, look for a small camera icon — it looks like a simple outline of a camera. Tap it once to open Quick Photo List.

  3. 3

    Photograph each item

Point your phone's camera at your first product so it's visible on the screen, then tap the big circle at the bottom of the screen to take a photo. Then move on to the next item and do the same thing. Each photo you take automatically creates a draft listing — you'll see them building up in a list as you go. Don't worry about getting the perfect photo right now. Just make sure each product has its own photo and move through your inventory quickly.

Go back and fill in the details

When you're done photographing, tap the back arrow (usually in the top left corner of the screen — it looks like a '<' or an arrow pointing left). You'll see a list of all the draft listings you created — one for each photo. Tap the first one to open it. Add a product name and price at minimum. Tap 'Save Draft' if you want to come back to it later, or fill in all the details now if you prefer.

  5. 5

    Make them live

When a draft has at least a name and a price, look for a 'Publish' button and tap it. This makes the product visible to customers on your store page. Drafts that you haven't published yet stay invisible — only you can see them. You can publish them one at a time or work through the whole list at once. Take your time; there's no rush.
